Storefront → production

Shopify builds, maintenance, and optimization.

We design and build Shopify storefronts, keep them running, and tune them as you grow — working software in production, not a deck. You get the store, the code, and the documentation.

  • Fixed scope — the price is set before we start
  • Milestone payments — you pay as it ships
  • You own the code — theme, apps, docs, handed over

Who we help

Three stores walk in. All three leave working.

Most of the Shopify work we’re asked for falls into one of these. Tell us which one you are and the first conversation gets a lot shorter.

01

New brands

You’re launching and you need a store that looks like a real brand on day one — not a template with your logo dropped in. Identity, storefront, catalog, checkout, shipping and tax, wired and tested before you send anyone to it.

// starts at: brand + storefront
// ends at: a store taking real orders

02Existing stores needing a refresh

The store works, but it looks dated, the theme has been patched by five people, apps are fighting each other, and nobody is sure what’s safe to touch. We audit it, tell you what’s actually wrong, and rebuild the parts that are holding it back.

// starts at: an audit of what you have
// ends at: a store you’re not embarrassed by

03Stores ready for AI

The storefront is fine — it’s everything around it that eats your week. Support answering the same twelve questions, product copy waiting on you, the phone ringing while you pack orders. That’s the part we automate, and it’s the part we build for a living.

// starts at: the work you keep redoing
// ends at: a system doing it instead

What we do

Four kinds of work. One team doing all of it.

No handoffs between a designer, an agency, and a freelancer who disappears. The person who builds it is the person you talk to.

New builds

A storefront designed for your brand and built to be maintained — custom theme work, a catalog structure that still makes sense at ten times the SKU count, checkout configured properly, and a migration path if you’re coming from another platform.

  • custom theme
  • catalog & collections
  • checkout & shipping
  • platform migration
  • content & imagery

Maintenance

The unglamorous half. Theme and app updates that don’t break the store, conflicts resolved, seasonal changes shipped on time, and a named person who answers when something goes wrong at 6pm on a Friday.

  • theme & app updates
  • bug fixes
  • seasonal changes
  • uptime & regressions
  • defined response times

Optimization & growth

Where the money leaks. Product pages and cart flow, search and filtering that actually finds things, page speed, structured data, and analytics wired so you can see which change did what — instead of guessing.

  • product & cart flow
  • search & filtering
  • page speed
  • structured data
  • analytics you can act on

AI & automation

The part most Shopify shops can’t build. Support that knows your catalog and answers in your voice, product content drafted from your own data, order and status notifications that go out on their own, and a voice agent that answers the phone and books — the same system we run for our own clients.

  • AI support
  • product content
  • order automation
  • voice agents
  • back-office wiring

How we work

Five stages, and you know the price at stage one.

The same pipeline we run on every build. Nothing starts until you’ve seen the plan and the number.

01

Diagnose

We go through the store you have — theme, apps, catalog, checkout, analytics — and find what’s actually costing you, ranked.

// your time: ~2 hours

02

Architect

We design the fix — structure, templates, data, integrations — and put a fixed price on it. On paper, before a line of code.

// your time: ~1 hour review call

03

Build

We build it in a development theme, against your real catalog, so you see it working before anything touches the live store.

// your time: ~15 min/week check-ins

04

Ship

It goes live — tested on real devices, redirects in place, analytics confirmed firing, with a way back if anything surprises us.

// your time: ~1 hour walkthrough

05

Own

You get the theme code, the docs, and a walkthrough of how it’s put together. Care is optional — it’s built to run without us.

// your time: it runs without us

  • Week 1
  • Week 1–2
  • Week 2–4
  • Week 4–6
  • Yours, forever

// the same five stages we run on every system we build — see how we ship →

Engagement model

Clear scope. Fixed price. You own it.

Three ways to start. No retainer you can’t leave, no percentage of your revenue, no discovery call that goes nowhere.

01 · Diagnose

Store Audit

from$4,000 · ~1–2 weeks

We go through your store and your workflow, rank what’s worth fixing, and hand you a build plan with a fixed quote.

  • Theme, app & performance review
  • Catalog & checkout walkthrough
  • Ranked list of what to fix first
  • Implementation roadmap
  • Fixed-price quote to build

You leave with a plan and a number — whether or not you build with us.

Where most stores start 02 · Build

Project

fixed-price, from$15,000 · weeks, not quarters

The build itself — new storefront, rebuild, migration, or the AI layer around it — designed, built, and shipped to production.

  • Design → build → ship
  • Built against your real catalog
  • Integrated with the tools you run on
  • Milestone-gated payments
  • Handoff docs & theme code

A working store in production, in weeks. Your catalog, your stack, code you keep.

03 · Operate

Care (optional)

from$1,500/mo · cancel anytime

We keep the store healthy and keep tuning it — updates, fixes, seasonal work, and the next round of improvements.

  • Theme & app maintenance
  • Monitoring & speed checks
  • Seasonal & campaign changes
  • Ongoing optimization work
  • Defined response times

It keeps working — and keeps getting better. Skip it and you still own everything.

Why this is safe to say yes to

  • Fixed scope. You know the price before we start.
  • Milestone payments. You pay as it ships, not up front.
  • We only take it if we can ship it. No project we’re not confident in.
  • You own the result. Theme code, custom work, docs. No subscription on the software itself.

Why brands choose us

The contrast is the point.

Shipped, not slideware

We build working software for a living — production systems, not proposals. A store is one of the smaller things we ship.

You work directly with the builder

No account manager, no ticket queue, no handoff to a team you never meet. The person who writes the code is the person who answers you.

You own what we build

Theme code, custom work, automations, documentation — handed over. Nothing is locked to us, and you can take it to anyone.

We build the AI too

Most shops stop at the storefront. The support agent, the automations, the voice line answering your phone — that’s our core work, not an add-on we outsource.

Questions

The things people ask first.

Can you work in the store I already have?
Yes. You give us access to your existing store and we work inside it — theme, apps, checkout, data. A rebuild is an option, not a requirement.
Do I have to replace my current theme?
No. If your theme is sound we tune it. We only recommend replacing it when the theme itself is what’s holding the store back, and we tell you which case you’re in during the audit.
Can you migrate a store from another platform?
Yes — products, collections, customers, orders, URLs and redirects. Migration scope and price are set in the audit, before any work starts.
Who owns the work?
You do. Theme code, custom apps, automations and documentation are handed over. There is no Ivawo subscription on the software itself, and nothing we build is locked to us.
How long does a build take?
Weeks, not quarters. The exact date and the exact number come out of the audit, before you commit to the build.
What happens after launch?
Care is optional. Take it and we maintain and keep tuning the store; skip it and you still own everything, documented, and can hire anyone to run it.

Twenty minutes, and you’ll know what your store needs.

Bring the store you have — or the one you haven’t started. We’ll tell you what we’d do and roughly what it costs, on the call.
